You don’t have to paint, stain or seal these buildings and they are resistant to mould and algae.
All double glazed windows are ‘A’ rated for energy and the Composite Wood walls feature a core of insulation that make these building energy efficient. The window and door frames are made from highly insulated PVCu in a woodgrain finish. Door and window locks are multi-point, insurance approved. Planning is usually not required for a stand-alone garden building that meets certain criteria.
There are five size options available and our prices include all windows, doors, fascias soffits and a power outlet. A pre-routed electrical socket board is also included.

The Chapelstone Garden Office
Working from home can be a mixed blessing.
On the one hand, saving time and money on your journey is a real bonus.
On the other hand, if you are working from a spare room or from the dining room table you endure the noise, the discomfort, the interruptions from the rest of the family. Then there’s the general awkwardness of the whole situation which can be soul destroying.
With a Chapelstone Garden Office, you can have the perfect space to work from.
Made from composite wood, a Chapelstone Garden Office needs virtually no maintenance. No painting, inside or out or treating with preservative.
Our rooms are highly insulated and are supplied with high security insurance approved multi point locking, giving you peace of mind.
The perfect solution to working from home
Imagine…no interruptions, no trying to stuff stationery and files into drawers so that the house doesn’t look untidy. No having to listen to other people music or TVs, no dogs barking when someone rings the bell.
Sounds like bliss doesn’t it?
A Chapelstone Garden Office may be cheaper than you think. We also have our own grounds team who can lay the base for you and you will probably not need planning. (If the eaves height is under 2.5m and doesn’t project beyond the front wall of your house you should be ok, but we recommend you check the Government’s planning portal under ‘outbuildings’ before commencing work.) However, if you find that planning is required, we have a planning department at Chapelstone who can arrange that for you.
The build itself will probably take somewhere in the region of one week. It really depends on the size and configuration of the building, and whether you require extra work such as decking and balustrades. When we’re done, we hand you the keys and you are ready to move in your desk and get to work.
